Returns policy

Goods of good quality, ordered on the website https://morandi.pl , which for some reason (style, size, color) did not fit, are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided:

  • No traces of use and wear;
  • Preservation of presentation and consumer properties;
  • Availability of original and undamaged packaging and labels.
  • The delivery cost in the case of return/exchange of goods is covered by the buyer.

* Exception: manufacturing defect or class change (different size, color or item). In such a case, the refund will be made at our expense.

  • Products of inadequate quality (after wear or with a damaged label) ordered at https://morandi.pl
  • they are not exchangeable or refundable.

Product return process:

Send the goods to the address provided by the manager;

  • Receive money by bank transfer or card *
  • The return deadline is 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return by the online store manager. *

If you received a defective product or were sent a different product than you ordered and paid for delivery, the manager will offer free delivery on your next order.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • sanitary hygiene products and articles (including toothbrushes);
  • perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • children’s toys (soft, rubber, inflatable);
  • scallops, scallops, brushes (including massage brushes);
  • delicate underwear (lingerie, swimsuits, nightgowns, pajamas);
  • sheets;
  • hosiery;
  • goods in aerosol packaging; products made of semi-precious stones, etc.

If the returned goods are not subject to exchange or refund, the goods will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

If the conditions specified in this paragraph are not met, the online store-magazine https://morandi.pl has the right to refuse to satisfy the complaint due to the lack or shortage of any product.

 

COMPLAINTS

SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT

We accept complaints only in justified cases: hidden defects of the goods. Such a defect must be reported on the day of receipt of the goods. Wrong size selection is not a basis for a complaint – the dimensions are always accurately provided! The shade of the item presented at auction may differ from that received in the package. This depends on the customer’s monitor settings, so it is not a basis for a complaint.
We consider complaints within 14 days.
The customer also has 14 days to return it in accordance with the regulations.
